Grimaldi's Pizzeria has a long standing tradition of coal fired pizzas. It is a popular restaurant in New York City area. Various sons of the current owner of Grimaldi's have opened up pizzerias in several other states across the country, all owned and operated separately in each state, yet using the same recipes and linked together on one website under the same name. According to their website, there is a Grimaldi's in New Jersey, Nevada, Texas, Arizona and soon to be in Florida.
Hands down, Grimaldi's has the best pizza. They use handmade mozzarella, coal fired pizza, hand tossed, using family recipes.
