Awesome swinging bridge that stands 150 feet over the St. Louis River. The bridge has stone pillars and was built just down from the rushing rapids of the river. The bridge was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. In the 1950's the bridge was washed out due to flooding. It was rebuilt in 1953 and fortified.
