An attractive, popular with tourists, sundial. Easily found within walking distance of the city, near the Perth Bell Tower, on the Swan River foreshore.
In design it is a horizontal sundial, ~3m in diameter. The dialplate displays local historical imagery. The permanent geographical coordinates are engraved on the upper edge of the gnomon.
