This fox sits atop what looks like a converted stable block, part of a small complex of buildings. It looks as though it is now used as a garage. A quick internet search suggests that this is now the base for a business.
It strikes me that as weather vanes go, this one is lower down than most and may not catch so much wind as it might. It does look, however, as though it is in it's original spot.
