Sphinx Head - Hocking Hills State Park, OH - Simulacra on Waymarking.com

The Sphinx Head is a natural rock formation along the trail between Old Man's Cave and Cedar Falls in Hocking Hills State Park. Parking can be found at N39° 26.123 W82° 32.466. Walk to the Visitor's Center, then follow the trail into the gorge. The hike is about 1/2 mile, and is moderately strenuous. The trail is not wheelchair accessible, due to stairs, steep inclines, and narrow passageways.
