[EN] The first carillon in Braga Cathedral was built in the seventeenth century. Over the centuries the Archbishops of Braga added new bells, making the carillon of the Cathedral of Braga on one of the largest in Portugal. In 1996 23 of bells have been replaced. The bells removed over time from carillon of the Cathedral of Braga and the Churches of Braga are gathered in the Cathedral Treasury Museum, which counts more than 200 bells.

[PT] O primeiro carrilhão da Sé de Braga foi inaugurado no século XVII. Ao longo dos séculos, os Arcebispos de Braga acrescentaram novos sinos, tornando o carrilhão da Sé de Braga num dos maiores de Portugal. Em 1996 substituiriam-se 23 sinos. Os sinos retirados ao longo do tempo da Sé de Braga e das Igrejas de Braga estão reunidos no Tesouro Museu da Sé Catedral, que contabiliza mais de 200 sinos.
