The South Salem Seniors organization had bounced around between several rented spaces before deciding to build their own home. The groups exists entirely on donations,and in eight years has paid off more than 80% of their mortgage. They have a gift shop, meeting rooms, advisors and counseling available, and have regular meals. Plus Bingo on Fridays, of course.
