Paracorse FitCenter is located on Clay Pit Rd in the Georgia Veterans Memorial State Park west of Cordele, GA. The FitCenter is shaded by pine trees and all stations are in the same location. The FitCenter is located next to the road and to a trail for cardio work. Parking is nearby. Instruction are available at the FitCenter.

Exercises:
Series 1 is a series of 6 stretching and limbering exercises to be uses to warm up at the beginning and to cool down at the end.

Series 2-4 are designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. Each series has 3 exercises to target the legs, middle torso and the upper body.
