This Civil Defense Siren is on the roof of the old Durham County Health Department Building. It is in close proximity to the county courthouse and other large buildings.

The structure is currently unoccupied, but has a Fallout Shelter sign in front. Best view is from the east corner of Roxboro Road and East Main Street.
