Oklahoma City Zoo Butterfly Garden - OKC, OK - Butterfly Gardens on Waymarking.com

The OKC Butterfly Garden is located by Zoo Lake, near the lower level of Aquaticus. It's on a hill, so walking along the garden pathways gives you a nice view of the lake below. There are several signs giving information on the flowers planted in the garden as well as information on butterflies themselves. There are a couple of benches located in the area to sit and enjoy watching the butterflies. 15,000 plants are in the garden (according to the Zoo website).

The OKC Zoo is open daily 9-5 and is closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Cost of admission is $8 for adults; $5 for children 3-11 and Seniors (65 and older). Children 2 and under are free.
Parking is free at the Zoo. Same day re-entry is allowed.
The zoo prohibits smoking even in the parking lot. You are not permitted to bring in any glass containers, straws, frisbees, wheeled shoes, etc.
