Hollow Mountain is known as Wudjub-Guyan by the tradition owners.
The sandstone has been scoured out by the wind leaving a shell which is only inches thick in some places.
Access is via a 2.6km return track which has to be one of the best short walks in the world as the rock features in this area are truely spectacular, and the walk it'self is varied, and challenging without being overly difficult. it also a popular climbing area (visit link)
