Neue Fricktaler Zeitung is a local newspaper in the Fricktal area (counties Rheinfelden and Laufenburg). It was founded in 2005 as a result of a fusion of two older local papers with the oldest roots dating back to 1861.
It has two subscription editions a week with a circulation of 10'000. There's a third edition on thursdays that is delivered free to all residents of the area with a circulation of 36'000.
