At the town hall (Marie) of the commune of Ventavon is a sundial painted by Remi Potey in 2000.

This is a typical Remi Potey sundial, one of many he was commissioned to paint the Pays de Buech since 1995. Here is the usual enigmatic female and a simple declining sundial. The motto is " L'unite del'etre est le fruit du present". The sense is better in French as the transliteration is "The unit is to be the result of this".
