Humpty Dumpty is a favorite character among children all over the world. His story is such a vivid one that children remember it easily. We all remember the image we had as kids of poor Humpty falling off the wall, shattered into little pieces, helpless and unfixable.
This Humpty Dumpty is located in Edmond, near the City Administration buildings. It's right on the corner of the entrance to the parking lot. Many pedestrians stop to enjoy this sculpture, one of Edmond's most recent additions.
The poem we all learned when we were kids:
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall
All the King's horses and All the King's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again!
