It's a two store restaurant. In the lower floor there's a big bar, where you can have a beer, a margarita and some tasty snacks. Upstairs is reserved for the restaurant where you can have the tasty Chili's dishes. Take my advice and have some onion rolls and hot wings!
Plan your reservation ahead, it's usually crowded, particularly on weekends.
