As I was searching little known and seldom seen corners of Jacksonville. I found the most unusal bit of history. Here located on a busy street corner in the city of Jacksonville lay Dr. John Hall a soilder from the Revolutionary War. It seems after the war Dr.Hall moved to Florida where he restablished his life. After a time he was banished from Eastrn Florida and made his home in Jacksonville where he now rests. If you look nearby you will also see another bit of history. Located on the same property is the summer home of Harriet Beecher Stowe the note author.
