[FR] Cette adresse est celle de la chapellerie de François Carbonnel et de son épouse Marie Aubert, probablement parente d'Anne-Élisabeth Aubert. Louis-Auguste Cézanne après avoir travaillé dans la fabrique aixoise du marchand de laines, Dethés, part pour Paris, apprendre le métier de chapelier.
Revenu en 1825, il travaille dans l'atelier de Carbonnel et rencontre
Anne-Élisabeth Aubert alors ouvrière dans la fabrication des chapeaux.
Il s'associe avec Coupin pour reprendre la chapellerie du Cours
au-dessus de laquelle il demeure. Après la naissance de Paul, Anne-Élisabeth Aubert s'installe avec son nouveau né chez le père de son enfant.
C'est là que naît Marie Cézanne, le 4 juillet 1841.

After having worked in the wool merchants Aixois factory, Louis-Auguste Cézanne left for Paris to learn the hatter's trade.
Upon his return in 1825, he worked in the Carbonnel workshop and met Anne-Elizabeth Aubert who worked in the hat making industry at the time. He went into partnership with Coupin to take over the hat shop on the Cours Mirabeau above which he lived. After the birth of Paul, Anne-Elizabeth Aubert settled with her new-born in the home of the father of her child. It was there that Marie Cézanne was born, on the 4th July 1841.
