The EcoCenter provides over 10 miles of trails, interactive exhibits, a theater and space for special events. The building is one of Utah's greenest and designed to inspire a respect for nature.

Located in the New Park Center, the EcoCenter has over 1,200 acres of breathtaking open space nestled amidst expanding development, Swaner is a refuge for an abundance of wildlife. Over 10 miles of trails offer recreational opportunities for mountain bikers, hikers, birdwatchers, fishermen, snowshoers and photographers.

Visitors should visit the Nature Center and post a photo of themselves (or GPS unit) either inside or outside of the nature center visited. Logs without photos WILL be allowed if a lenghty description of one's visit and a mention of what they learned is included.
