This is the newly constructed Police Station on 76-78 Wittenoom Street. The office hours are 0800 - 1600 Monday to Friday. Access can be gained outside these hours by ringing the buzzer in the double glass doors at the front.
It was opened on 12 December 2000 on the same site as the previous station. The two storey building accommodates 121 staff. It was designed by Architects Cox, Harlett and Bailey Woodland and built by Devaugh Constructions.

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
