It's been there for quite a while, guess it's a trademark for the business. You can see it here, on Google Street View

Thanks to the category manager, we've found references to this locomotive at this web page. The distace between wheels are 1000mm, it's a steam locomotive and preserved! The name is F.B. 4, made in 1881 for the Compañía Franco Belga de Minas de Somorrostro.
