Porvoo Old Town Hall is the second town hall preserved in original form from the the 1700s in Finland. The other is located in Rauma, Finland.
Noble and burghers gathered in Town hall. President of the nobility was a baron Robert Wilhelm De Geer. Big hall on the second floor were the office of 75 noble representative.
Burghers met in the small room in the Town halls second floor. Burghers had 20 members and president was the merchant Kristian Trapp from Turku.
Today, Old Town Hall is located in Porvoo Museum Museum of History.
