A rare sight these days, an old advertising sign for ice-cold Coca Cola outside the Service Station at Awakino, that catches your eye as you drive in to refuel.
Mmmm, an ice cold Coca Cola would go down well with a couple of Whitebait fritters....that's what Awakino is famous for, whitebaiting capital of the North Island!!
