The memorial is located in the Boranda History Center just outside of Salinas. It's a barren area, except for a few historical buildings. The memorial consists of a halftrack tank, enclosed by bars. There's this dedication plaque on the side of the enclosure:
From the plaque: "1944 Bataan Memorial
This halftrack, dedicated April 8, 2006, honors the 105 men of Company 194th Tank Battalion from the Salinas and Pajaros Valleys. Few Americans are aware of the hardships and suffering they faced in the Philippines , and as prisoners of war in WWII."
