The waymark comprises 3 elements: (a) a county of Hereforshire / welcome to England sign (b) a Powys / welcome to Wales sign and (c) a stone tablet marking the "county road boundary". It is curious (to me, anyway) that the primary element of the signs should be the county border crossing rather than the country border crossing. But it is how it is.
The stone tablet is interesting (a) because it is there at all and (b) because it also features a cut bench mark (which is a separate waymark). The tablet is marked to show that it is in the Parish of Old Radnor.
The waymark is on the A44 road between Kington and New Radnor. The signs are on the South side; the stone tablet is on the North side. There is roadside parking for one / two cars on the North side of the road.
Logging requires posting a photo of you and / or your GPS device with any one or more of the 3 elements of the waymark.
