Restaurant Fischergut is located on the road from Rheinsulz to Sulz. They are specialized in trout from the own fish farm. There are several possibilities:
- You go to the restaurant, order your fish
- Fish yourself, then bring it to the citchen and have it prepared for you
- Fish yourself, pay per weight and take it home
- or just buy fish in the shop, prepared or not
The fish is fresh trout, breeded in the ponds next to the restaurant. None of the fish served is brought farther than 20 yards to the kitchen; probably it was still alive and free the moment you ordered it.
Besides trout they have a very limited choice of other (non-fish) things on the menu, as well as some kid's menu.
Outside there's a playground, a coin-operated carousel, a place to rent fishing rods, and of course the ponds full of trouts.
It's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
