Tours are Monday through Friday 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm CST. Features a 15 minute slide presentation on the production of rice, then a 15-30 minute tour of the fully operational rice mill. From the field the rice comes in still in the bran. The bran or husk is removed, the rice is then graded or sized, "pearlized" or turned into white rice and packaged all on site. They also produce rice products, from crackers to coatings and spices. A great educational tour at a reasonable price.
