The Evans House stands at 1108 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places (#76000375) in 1976 as a notable example of Queen Anne architecture. The house was acquired in 1981 by the State of Arizona and restored in 1988. Today the house serves as the home of the Arizona Department of Library, Archives, and Public Records Library Development Division. It is not open to the public.
