The statue is located by a shopping area nearby the Taipei 101 building (WM2QT5 and WMN76).

This statue of liberty was not originally covered with graffiti. It appears that it was decorated this way as part of a graffiti art competition in 2009.

I posted this waymark with chben9 on a recent visit to the area.
