Uncles Bill's has a great selection of breakfast food that is served all day. Lunch is also available. They are known for their pancakes. In fact, they claim to serve 15 different kinds of pancakes! This family owns eight restaurants along the Southern New Jersey Coast. They are open from 7AM-2PM most of the year, but are closed during the winter months. Some of the other locations are open year round.
