Little is known of this kinetic art piece on the Northeast corner of Val Vista Blvd. and Baseline Rd. in Mesa, AZ. The sculpture is part of a large front for a business complex. The piece stands in a shallow pool with two small waterfalls to it's East and West sides. At the top of the piece is an array of 6 circular rows each containing a number of smaller fans that are propelled by wind. A slight breeze is enough to spin the smaller fans at the far ends of the array.
