Numerous Renaissance epitaph stones you can find in walls of the Gothic Cathedral of Holy Spirit (Katedrála Sv. Ducha) in East-Bohemian metropolis Hradec Králové. These massive stones, embedded in walls of the Cathedral, are not tombstones but so called epitaph stones or "epitaphs". Typical for Renaissance era, they are describing life of famous persons (...and also often depicting them as reliefs) burried in the church.
