This is one of three Permanent Orienteering Courses that the Manitoba Orienteering Association maintains in Winnipeg.
Assiniboine Park is one of Winnipeg's finest attractions and home to the Assiniboine Park Zoo and Assiniboine Park Conservatory. Millions visit this premier green-space each year.

Note: The start post, along with controls 2,8,and 13 have been removed. The recommended start location is in the Southeast Picnic Area parking lot. As of June 2014, control number 7 was in location but not standing up.
