O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat offers a variety of nature based and guided rainforest activities (including 4-wheel drive bus excursions, interpretive rainforest walks, adventure activities, nightly audio-visual presentations and documentaries, evening spotlighting walks and glow worm walks), a lounge and library with a roaring fire when its cold, a games room, and a pool and spa. We stayed in a Mountain View Room, and while the room itself was very small and rustic, the beauty of the Lamington National Park surrounding the hotel was unequaled. There were lots of hiking trails, magnificent birds to look at, and plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors.
