The Top o' The Bruce facilities include a cafe restaurant at Lorenz's Bar and Cafe, Toilet Restrooms, Rentals, a well-equipped retail shop with casual and outdoors clothing, ticket offices, medical centre and public shelter. This is the starting point for your day on the slopes of Whakapapa Skifield. Above, there are two other cafe lodges, at Hutt Flat and Knoll Ridge and below, accessed by the small chairlift at the Top o' The Bruce, is another cafe in the beginners area of Happy Valley with another Ski and Board Hire facility.
Lorenz's Bar and Café at the top of the Bruce Road is open daily from 8.30am for cooked breakfasts, lunch, coffee, drinks and snacks, possibly earlier in the winter season.
The retail store Vertical @ Whakapapa are open from 8.30am.
