Beautiful coat of arms of Franz Ferdinand Count of Gallas (František Ferdinand hrabe z Gallasu; 1635-1697), the founder of the new Baroque monastic complex in Hejnice, you can find on the facade above the entrance of Baroque Basilica of the Virgin Mary Visitation. The depicted recently restored Gallas' coat of arm, made of several materials (stone, stucco, iron), is also interesting thanks to mistake of restorer - the standard Gallas coat of arms has two blue bars with one golden in left-lower and righ-upper quarters of the shield.
