Shopping centre opeend in 4Q/2008 is located in the fastest developing area of the city where the new Masaryk University of Brno Campus is projected. Also new ice hockey area is going to be constructed nearby next year. The shopping mall has a good connection to the trolleybus line nr. 25 as well as dozen of bus lines.
