"At The Charles Bridge" Archibald Unique Hotel, originally medieval brewery, is located a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge in the historic part of the Lesser Town of Prague.
Location of the "At the Charles Bridge" hotel offers a unique view of the Vltava River and the pictoresque Kampa Island Square. The hotel building is a part of the oldest local structure and one of the first 15th century buildings (built around 1420) in the area. House, originally called "U tri lzic zednickych" - "At Three Shovels" was used as a brewery in these old medieaval times. Hotel, opened in 1998, was completely renovated and reopened in May 2003 (after damage taken during big flood in 2002). At present, the hotel consists of two buildings protected by the National Heritage Council.
