This small latform is located at the north end of Cottonwood Lake at Hellyer Park in San Jose, California. It is reserved for wheelchair-bound folks who would like to fish from a platform. The pier is fenced for protection from rolling off the pier. Handicapped parking is available in the nearby parking lot about 50 feet away.
