A wonderful beach with powder white sand, mild waves, and warm sun. Grab a chair, umbrella and a cold drink and enjoy the day relaxing at this patch of heaven.
Rockley Beach is also known as Accra Beach and a popular beach close to Bridgetown on the South Coast of Barbados.
Chair and water sport rentals are available and you can do everything from windsurfing, sunfish sailing, Hobie Cat rides and snorkeling. Boogie boarding and body surfing are particularly popular. Vendors are nearby in kiosks serving food, beer, and locally made crafts.
Across the road from Rockley is the Quayside Centre, a small plaza with a Best of Barbados gift shop, a convenience store, T-shirt and beachwear store, other shops and several restaurants.
