Located in the open area immediately to the east of the Bunbury Tourist Centre/Bus Station is a crafted, black, street light. On the base of the street light is a plaque to the memory of a Bunbury Rotarian, and prominent local citizen, Raymond E. A. Mark (1918–1992).
This gentleman was named 'Bunbury Citizen of the Year' for 1990, and worked in the field of secondary school education.
