This is the M-3 Tank that is located at the south end of the village green in New Milford, CT.
It's not surprising that the yellow arrow is no longer in plain site on the tank as it was when posted on yellowarrow.net. The tank is one of many different war memorials located on the village green. For history buffs, this is certainly an area to spend some time. For example, right across Main Street from the tank is the home site of Roger Sherman, who was on the Committee of Five which drafted the Declaration of Independence.
