Public payphones are easy enough to find in the city of Perth (in 2010), but those supplied by the Telstra (which is to say, most of the payphones) cannot receive incoming calls. However, I found that the payphones at the Burswood Entertainment Complex (the Perth casino) will receive incoming calls. The phones are in excellent condition, and ready to be waymarked.
There are two phones adjacent to each other. The right phone is the waymarked phone. They are situated inside the hotel, next to the manager's office, easily seen from the main entrance. It is possible to obtain a gps spot inside the entrance way as the roof over this area of the hotel is composed of glass.

* In April 2012 SeabreezeOZ reported these phones as no longing being there. Thus, now LEGACY.
