A rather eye catching public sculpture, located outside the District Court of Western Australia, in the CBD of the City of Perth. It looks to me that this was a sculpture designed for this space. There are several other legal and governmental buildings in this area of the city.

The accompanying plaque urges people to reflect upon nature and to grow. Suitable for a court house?
