神戸ウイングスタジアムはJリーグのヴィッセル神戸やジャパンラグビートップリーグの神戸製鋼コベルコスティーラーズなどがホームスタジアムとして使用しています。
２００２年の日韓ワールドカップではこの球技場で３試合が行われました。ネーミングライツ売却に伴い、２００７年３月１日から呼称をホームズスタジアム神戸に変更していますが、ここでは分かりやすくウイングスタジアム神戸を使っています。
