Personal Experience:
I visited this house while visiting Vukovar for a few days. I took the time to visit it, as I knew he is a Nobel prize winner, and I wanted to submit this house to Nobel Laureates waymark category (WM700Q). The house looks very ordinary, it is almost hard to believe that this is the childhood house of such a great scientist.
