This site has a plaque that lists it as Artesia Lodge No. 43, Rebekah Lodge No. 41 and Gateway Encampment No. 23. But, the IOOF website for Nevada no longer lists this site. The plaque lists dates 1914 and 1939...but there is also a sign indicating that meetings are held on alternate Tuesdays and Wednesdays...who knows?
