A rather funny board explaining why the water from the plant seems to be black and very dirty. And it seems really so! I was in the area about one year ago and was more or less shocked. Last week I walked the same way and discovered the new board. I'd say that several people have called Greenpeace and complained (or something like that), so the plant has set up the explaining board.
