The train can be touched and look at from all sides, but at the moment it's immposible to enter it.

I didn't find any information about the train itself, but it seems that it served in the last four or five years as place for two restaurants/dance-halls. Till 2007 Piano Express was there, in summer 2007 took Xpress127 over. According to the (otherwise empty) Xpress127's website, the restaurant has closed during 2009.
