Le tronçon de chemin de fer Taschereau-Rouyn reliait le réseau du Canadien National à celui de l'Ontario Northland. Maintenant désaffecté cette ligne à été transformée en piste cyclable reliant Taschereau à Destor en passant par le parc d'Aiguebelle. Le pont à été construit en remplacement d'une ancienne structure en bois.
The section of railway Taschereau-Rouyn connected network of Canadian National and Ontario Northland. Now abandoned this line has been transformed into a bike path connecting Taschereau to Destor through the park Aiguebelle. The bridge was built to replace an old wooden structure.
