Reminiscent of when Kyrgystan was part of the Soviet Union, this seven-story concrete building stands in the center of the capitol city of Bishkek.
The large decorative iron fence encircles the building complex and keeps people from getting too close to the building, however, if you happen to be at this location on the weekend, you'll be treated to seeing hundreds of water fountains in action.
At the rear of the building, you'll have the opportunity to see the underground bunker that the Soviets built and which is still in use today.
